摘要

垃圾焚烧锅炉中高温过热器管的腐蚀失效是引起锅炉被迫停运的重要原因之一。 为了给垃圾焚烧炉受热面高温过热器管子的防护提供参考,本工作对比原始高温过热器管和在垃圾焚烧锅炉内已服役20 000 h 的服役管,分别采用光学显微镜观察金相组织,拉伸机和冲击试验机检测力学性能,并通过电子探针及X 射线衍射仪观察和分析服役管管内外的腐蚀产物,研究了高温过热器管在工况条件下的腐蚀行为演变。 结果表明:12Cr1MoVG高温过热器管内外管壁均发生了较严重的金属氧化腐蚀,内壁形成了致密的铁的氧化物,外壁腐蚀产物分为2 层,内层为金属氧化腐蚀层,外层为较厚的碱金属硫酸盐腐蚀垢。 服役管管壁减薄,内壁组织发生珠光体球化,外壁贫珠光体区变窄,芯部组织变化较小但发生轻微的晶粒粗化。 管壁抗拉强度、延伸率和冲击功变化不大,但屈服强度下降超过60 MPa。

Abstract

The corrosion failure of high-temperature superheater tubes in waste incineration boilers is one of the important causes of forced shutdowns.In order to provide reference for the protection of high-temperature superheater tubes on heating surfaces of waste incinerators, this study compared the original high-temperature superheater tubes with those that had been in service for 20 000 h in a waste incineration boiler.The metallographic structures were observed using an optical microscope, while mechanical properties were tested using a tensile testing machine and impact testing machine.Corrosion products on the inner and outer surfaces of the service tubes were analyzed using an electron probe and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The evolution of corrosion behavior of the high-temperature superheater tubes under operational conditions was investigated.Results showed that the 12Cr1MoVG high-temperature superheater tubes experienced significant metallic oxidation corrosion on both the inner and outer walls.A dense iron oxide layer formed on the inner wall,while the corrosion products on the outer wall were divided into two layers: the inner layer being a metallic oxidation corrosion layer, and the outer layer consisting of a thicker alkali metal sulfate corrosion scale.The wall of the service pipe became thinner, the pearlite spheroidization occurred in the inner wall, the pearlite poor zone narrowed in the outer wall, and the core microstructure changed slightly but the grain coarsened slightly.The tensile strength, elongation and impact energy of the tube wall showed little change, but the yield strength decreased by more than 60 MPa.
