摘要

着眼于改善磷酸盐粘结涂层的摩擦学性能,探究了改性碳纤维应用于涂层的可行性。通过电泳沉积法将氧化石墨烯(GO)接枝到碳纤维(CF)表面,并采用刮涂-热固法制备了磷酸盐陶瓷涂层;采用扫描电子显微镜和拉曼光谱仪分别表征了CF-GO 样品的表面形貌和分子结构,通过摩擦磨损试验机考察了CF-GO 含量对涂层摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:含CF-GO 的涂层摩擦学性能显著优于含未处理CF 的涂层;随着CF-GO 含量的增加,磷酸盐粘结涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率均呈现出先降低后增加的变化;与未添加CF 的涂层相比,含10%(质量分数)CF-GO的涂层表现出优异的摩擦学性能,对应的平均摩擦系数和磨损率分别降低了50%和38%。这表明适量的CF-GO 能够改善其涂层的摩擦学性能,可为新型磷酸盐涂层研发和工程应用提供较好的参考。

Abstract

In order to improve the tribological properties of phosphate-bonded coatings,the feasibility of modified carbon fibers in coatings was explored.In this work,graphene oxide (GO) was grafted to carbon fibers (CF) by electrophoretic deposition,and the phosphate ceramic coating was prepared by scraping-thermosetting method.Scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used to determine the surface morphology and molecular structure of CF-GO samples,and the influence of CF-GO content on the tribological properties of coatings was studied by friction testing machine.Results showed that the tribological properties of coatings containing CF-GO were significantly better than those containing untreated CF.With the increase of CF-GO content,the friction coefficient and wear rate of phosphate bonded coatings showed changes that decreased first and then increased.Compared with coatings without CF,the coatings containing 10%(mass fraction) CF-GO exhibited excellent tribological properties,and the corresponding average coefficient of friction and wear rate were reduced by 50%and 38%,respectively.This above indicated that the appropriate amount of CF-GO could improve the tribological properties of its coating,which could provide a good reference for the development and engineering application of new phosphate coatings.
