钻杆接头螺纹表面渗氮处理的应用研究

摘要

对钻杆接头螺纹表面磷化处理能有效预防螺纹粘扣,但污染严重。 因此,本工作在钻杆接头螺纹表面进行氮化处理,对渗氮处理的钻杆接头材料进行硬度检验、微观组织分析、拉伸试验、冲击试验、旋转弯曲疲劳测试以及实物上卸扣测试,研究氮化处理对钻杆接头性能的影响。 结果表明,经渗氮处理后,钻杆接头材料抗拉强度提高约10 MPa,屈服强度提高约20 MPa,断后伸长率降低约2%,断面收缩率降低约10%,冲击韧性降低13 J 左右。渗氮处理试样的疲劳寿命大大高于未处理疲劳试样。 渗氮处理的钻杆接头经50 次实物上卸扣测试后,内外螺纹表面状态较好,抗粘扣能力较为明显。

Abstract

Phosphating treatment on the thread surface of drill pipe joints has been shown to effectively prevent thread sticking, but it causes significant contamination.Therefore, in this study, nitriding treatment was applied to the thread surfaces of drill pipe joints.The treated drill pipe joint materials were subjected to hardness testing, microstructure analysis, tensile tests, impact tests, rotating bending fatigue tests and real-life unthreading tests to investigate the effect of nitriding treatment on the performance of drill pipe joints.Results showed that, after nitriding, the tensile strength of the drill pipe joint material increased by approximately 10 MPa, the yield strength increased by around 20 MPa,the elongation after fracture decreased by about 2%, and the reduction of area decreased by approximately 10%.The impact toughness was reduced by about 13 J.The fatigue life of the nitrided specimens was significantly higher than that of the untreated fatigue specimens.After 50 times of real-life unthreading tests, the inner and outer thread surfaces of the nitrided drill pipe joints showed good conditions, and the ability to resist sticking was noticeably enhanced.
