摘要

超音速火焰喷涂作为重要的表面工程与再制造技术之一,通过在材料表面制备防护与功能涂层,实现零部件的表面防护,完成损伤产品的再制造。 采用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备WC-12Co 涂层对于改善零部件基体材料表面耐磨性能、延长使用寿命具有重要意义。 本文综述了超音速火焰喷涂WC-12Co 涂层的喷涂粉末、制备工艺、涂层组织性能调控、流场数值仿真、粒子沉积行为、工程材料表面防护及涂层后处理等的研究成果,并对研究与应用进行了展望,提出涂层性能与防护的考核评价研究、喷涂过程的数值仿真与试验验证研究、工程应用研究等研究领域值得持续关注。

Abstract

High velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying has been developed as an important technology in surface engineering and remanufacturing to provide materials with protective and functional coatings,thereby ensuring the surface protection of parts and the remanufacturing of damaged products.The preparation of WC-12Co coatings by high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) is of great significance in improving the surface wear resistance of substrate materials and prolonging the service life of parts.In this paper, the spray powder, preparation process, control of coating microstructure and properties, flow field numerical simulation, particle deposition behavior, surface protection of engineering materials and posttreatment of HVOF spraying WC-12Co coatings were summarized.The research trends and application prospects of WC-12Co coatings were also prospected, and it was proposed that the evaluation of coating properties and protection, numerical simulation and experimental verification of the spraying process, and engineering application research were worthy of continuous attention.
