摘要

间接式空冷系统占据国内空冷机型的主导地位,但庞大的铝质散热器存在严重的腐蚀问题。 基于环境、经济等多方面考虑,本工作提出并实际应用了一种环保缓蚀剂碳酰A,通过电化学测试、试样失重以及金属表面形貌特征分析研究了碳酰A 对循环水中1050A 铝、304 不锈钢、Q235 碳钢的缓蚀性能。 结果表明:碳酰A 的加入可有效抑制1050A 铝、304 不锈钢、Q235 碳钢的腐蚀;其缓蚀机理为减少了金属的吸氧腐蚀、并在金属表面形成了一层保护膜而起到了缓蚀作用。 现场实际运行监测数据表明,加入碳酰A 调节剂后机组循环水体系的pH 值小于8.5,Al3+浓度从超过460 μg/L 下降为11 ~47 μg/L;大修检查结果表明,1050A 铝换热管内壁光滑,无锈蚀斑块、无腐蚀产物沉积,防腐效果显著。

Abstract

Indirect air-cooling systems dominate the domestic air-cooling models, but the huge aluminum radiators have serious corrosion problems.Considering various factors such as environmental and economic aspects, this study proposed and applied an environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor, Carbonyl A.The corrosion inhibition performance of Carbonyl A on 1050A aluminum,304 stainless steel,and Q235 carbon steel in the circulating water system was studied through electrochemical testing, weight loss measurements, and surface morphology analysis of the metal samples.Results showed that the addition of Carbonyl A effectively inhibited the corrosion of 1050A aluminum, 304 stainless steel,and Q235 carbon steel.The corrosion inhibition mechanism was found to be the reduction of oxygen absorption corrosion on the metal surface and the formation of a protective film, which contributed to the inhibition effect.On-site operational monitoring data indicated that after the addition of the Carbonyl Aregulator, the pH value of the circulating water system was maintained below 8.5, and the concentration of Al3+decreased from over 460 μg/L to 11~47 μg/L.Overhaul inspection results revealed that the inner surface of the 1050A aluminum heat exchanger tubes was smooth, with no rust spots or corrosion product deposits, demonstrating significant anticorrosive effects.
