摘要

传统的油基切削液难以适应苛刻的加工条件,为此,研制了一种由表面活性剂、润滑剂、防锈剂、稳定剂、精制矿物油、杀菌剂和水等组成的透明极压乳化切削液,探讨了防锈剂、油性剂、极压剂等添加剂的选择。通过试验选出了最优乳化切削液的配方(质量分数)为:59.9%30号变压器油,10.0%四聚蓖麻油酸酯,5.0%二烷基五硫化物,10.0%防锈剂复合包,2.0%AMP-95胺,8.0%EN-50乳化剂,3.0%MBM杀菌剂,2.0%145偶合剂,0.1%MS 575消泡剂。对比了该乳化切削液与市售进口同类切削液的性能、特点。结果表明:研制的重负荷乳化切削液透明稳定, 具有优良的防锈性、润滑性、冷却性和清洗性。

Abstract

Traditional oil-based cutting fluids hardly meet the severe operation conditions.Hence, a kind of emulsion as extreme pressure emulsion cutting fluid was developed, which consisted of lubricant, antirust additive, stabilizer, refined mineral oil, biocide and water etc.The selection of antirust additives, oiliness additives, extreme ressure additives were discussed detailedly.The optimal composition of emulsion cutting fluid was 59.9%(mass fractions)30th transformer oil, 10.0% tetrapolyricinoleate, 5.0% dialkyl pentasulfide, 10.0% antirust compound package, 2.0% AMP-95 amine, 8.0% EN-50 emulsifier, 3.0% MBM fungicide, 2.0% 145 coupling agent and 0.1% MS 575 defoamer.The properties and characters of this new type of emulsion cutting fluid and imported similar products on the market were compared and researched.Results showed that this new type of emulsion cutting fluid was transparent and stable with good performances such as antirust, lubricating, refrigerating and cleaning properties.
