摘要

在油田钻井、酸化、开采、集输、油水处理、储运等各个环节中,经常会因为腐蚀发生安全事故,为了减少此类事件的发生,采取加入缓蚀剂的方法进行防护。介绍了油田系统中的腐蚀介质及相应的缓蚀剂研究进展,主要从钻井液、油田酸化、采出液、回注水、油罐沉积水等几个方面进行阐述。最后指出了缓蚀剂未来主要的研究方向,应该朝着绿色环保、持久高效、经济节约的方向发展。

Abstract

In the processes of oilfield drilling, acidification, mining, gathering, oil and water treatment, storage and transportation, safety accidents often occur due to corrosion.In order to reduce the occurrence of such events, the method of adding corrosion inhibitors is adopted for protection.In this paper, the research progress of corrosive media and corresponding corrosion inhibitors in oilfield system was introduced mainly in view of drilling fluid, oilfield acidification, production fluid, reinjection water, oil tank sedimentation water and so on.In the end, it was pointed out that the main research directions of corrosion inhibitors in the future is towards the developing direction of green environmental protection, long-lasting efficiency and economy.
