摘要

地热水回灌过程中存在高盐尾水影响地热流体的化学成分并堵塞地热水的运移通道现象。首先分析了地热尾水水质特征,根据地热尾水回灌时发生堵塞现象的机理和阻垢剂的阻垢机理,合成了一种适用于反渗透膜工艺的羧酸型共聚物阻垢剂IA-AMPS-HEMA,通过红外光谱图发现了共聚物的结构官能团种类丰富,并含有多个羧酸基团。扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,共聚物能有效预防碳酸钙垢生成。通过试验探明低剂量的IA-AMPSHEMA 阻垢效果远优于市售阻垢剂,达到了97.6%。利用一套添加了阻垢剂预处理装置的反渗透系统,去除地热尾水中的难溶性无机盐沉淀物,使地热回水能达到回灌和补水要求。经设备连续运行,证明了添加IA-AMPSHEMA对于反渗透装置处理地热尾水是可行的,对Ca2+、Ba2+、Mg2+等硬度离子和腐蚀性盐类去除率达到了95%以上,减少了地热尾水中难溶性沉淀物的凝聚,满足了地热井补水水质要求,同时有效避免了硬垢对反渗透膜表面的损伤,延长了反渗透膜的使用时间,降低了设备的运行成本。

Abstract

During the process of geothermal water recharge,the high salt tail water would affect the chemical composition of geothermal fluids and block the migration channels of geothermal water.Firstly,the water quality characteristics of geothermal tail water were analyzed.Based on the mechanism of blockage during geothermal tail water reinjection and the scale inhibition mechanism of scale inhibitors,a carboxylic acid type copolymer scale inhibitor IA-AMPS-HEMA suitable for reverse osmosis membrane technology was synthesized.It could be found from the infrared spectrogram that the copolymer had a rich variety of structural functional groups and contained multiple carboxylic acid groups.SEM analysis showed that the copolymer could effectively avoid the formation of calcium carbonate scale.Through experiments,it was found that the scale inhibition effect of low dose IA-AMPS-HEMA reached 97.6%,which was much better than that of commercially available scale inhibitors.A set of reverse osmosis system equipped with descaling agent pretreatment device was used to remove insoluble inorganic salt deposits in the geothermal tail water,making the geothermal return water meet the requirements of recharge and replenishment.After the continuous operation of the equipment,it was proved that the addition of IA-AMPS-HEMA was effective and feasible for the treatment of geothermal tail water in reverse osmosis units.The removal rates of Ca2+,Ba2+,Mg2+ and other hardness ions and corrosive salts was more than 95%.It reduced the coagulation of insoluble sediments in the geothermal tail water,which met the water quality requirements of geothermal wells.And meanwhile,it effectively avoided the hard scale to damage the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane,prolonged the service time of the reverse osmosis membrane and reduced the operating cost of the equipment.
