摘要

轴件是机械设备的关键基础构件之一,由于服役环境的影响,其表面磨损、划伤和腐蚀是常见的损伤形式。通过采用激光熔覆工艺,开展了轴件修复及强化的试验研究。为给后续激光熔覆修复工程化应用奠定工艺和理论基础,针对表面缺陷去除方式,研究了梯形和弧形挖槽对覆层与基体的结合特征的影响,分析了修复后覆层与基体界面处成分及硬度的梯度分布、熔覆层与基体复合体的拉伸性能、室温及高温下的磨损行为。结果表明:激光熔覆工艺是轴件修复强化的可行技术手段。

Abstract

Shaft is one of the key components in mechanical facilities. Due to the effect of service environment, shaft always suffers from the normal damages such as surface wear damages, scratch and corrosion. In this work, preliminary experimental investigations were carried out on the possibility of using laser cladding for refurbishing shafts. For laying technical and theory foundations of post laser cladding, the trapezoidal and arc grooves on the bonding characterization between the cladding coating the substrate were studied against removing surface damages. The gradient distribution of chemical composition and hardness, the tensile behavior of the clad-substrate composite, and the wear behaviors at room temperature and high temperature of coatings after refurbishing treatment were analyzed. Results showed that laser cladding was proved to be as a promising technique in the application of shaft refurbishing.
