摘要

球磨铸铁QT600-3可制作曲轴、凸轮轴、连杆轴、齿轮、液压缸等,不仅要求相应的硬度和强度,还需要良好的耐磨损、抗表面疲劳性能。对QT600-3表面进行微弧强化,通过正交试验结果表明:强化电流19 kA,工件转速0.7 r/min,接触压力600 N时,QT600-3表面形成了由均匀细小的马氏体、渗碳体和残余奥氏体组成的白亮层;该强化层硬度可达850 HV2 N;摩擦磨损试验证实该层提升了材料的耐磨损性能。

Abstract

The cast iron QT600-3 can make crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rod shaft, gear, hydraulic cylinder, etc. It requires not only corresponding hardness and strength, but also good wear resistance and surface fatigue resistance. The micro-arc hardening was carried out on the surface of QT600-3. Results of orthogonal test showed that when the current was 19 kA, the speed of work piece was 0.7 r/min and the contact pressure was 600 N, a white layer composed of uniform and fine martensite, cementite and retained austenite was formed on the surface of QT600-3. The hardness of the hardened layer reached 850 HV2 N. Friction and wear tests showed that the layer greatly improved the wear resistance of the material.
