摘要

目前对UNS N08811合金晶间腐蚀性能的研究较少。为此,采用双环电化学动电位再活化法(DL - EPR),表征UNS N08811合金的晶间腐蚀敏感性,研究介质成分、试验温度、扫描速率及钝化回扫电位对测试结果的影响,优选出合适的试验参数(试验介质:0.5 mol/L H2SO4+0.005 mol/L KSCN,试验温度:30 ℃,扫描速率:6 V/h,钝化回扫电位:0.4 V)。使用优化后的DL - EPR法和化学浸泡法测试不同敏化时间对UNS N08811合金晶间腐蚀敏感性的影响。结果一致表明:随着敏化时间的延长,UNS N08811合金晶间腐蚀敏感性逐渐增大;优化后的DL - EPR法可快速定量评价UNS N08811合金的晶间腐蚀敏感性且具有良好的重现性。

Abstract

At present, the researches on the intergranular corrosion performance of UNS N08811 has less been reported. Herein, double loop - electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation (DL - EPR) method was used to study the susceptibility of intergranular corrosion on UNS N08811 alloy. Through studying the effects of medium composition, test temperature, scanning rate and passivation retrace potential, the optimum test parameters (0.5 mol/L H2SO4 and 0.005 mol/L KSCN for solution composition, 30 oC for solution temperature, 6 V/h for scan rate, and 0.4 V for passivation retrace potential) were determined. Subsequently, the susceptibility of intergranular corrosion on UNS N08811 alloy at different sensitization time was investigated by the optimized DL - EPR method and the chemical immersion test. All results showed that the intergranular corrosion susceptibility of UNS N08811 alloy increased with the increase of sensitization time. Meanwhile, the optimized DL - EPR method could evaluate the intergranular corrosion susceptibility of UNS N08811 alloy quickly and quantitatively with high reproducibility.
