摘要

在外界环境中水、氧气、电解质、高温等条件的影响下,金属表面发生电化学反应是导致套管螺纹锈蚀的根本原因。为了防止套管因锈蚀而造成的早期失效,通过盐雾试验评定结合室外实际考察,探讨了稠化剂、添加剂等组分以及外界条件对以高碱值复合磺酸钙为原料制得的套管螺纹储存脂防锈性能的影响。结果表明:稠化剂所具有的吸附、增溶、酸中和等特性,是决定储存脂防锈效果的关键因素;进一步复配防锈单剂或复合防锈剂,则对储存脂防锈性产生一定的补强和增效作用。针对我国石油套管的生产和应用现状,研究了套管螺纹锈蚀原因与储存脂的防锈机理,对于防止套管的早期失效具有重要价值和意义。

Abstract

Under the influence of water, oxygen, electrolyte, high temperature and other conditions in the external environment, the electrochemical reactions on the metal surface is the root cause of casing thread corrosion. The effects of thickening agents, additives and external conditions on the rust resistance of casing thread storage grease made from high alkali value calcium sulfonate complex were studied by salt spray test in laboratory and outdoor investigation in order to prevent early casing failure caused by rust. Results showed that the key factors to determine the anti - rust effect of stored grease were the properties of thickening agent, such as adsorption, solubilization, acid neutralization etc. The further addition of antirust single agent or complex agent would have a certain enhanced and synergistic effect on the antirust property of stored grease. According to the production and application status of oil casing in China, the research on corrosion causes of casing threads and anti - rust mechanism of stored grease is of great value and significance.
