摘要

为开展海洋环境下先进增强结构的环境适应性研究,通过实验室加速腐蚀试验研究了先进增强结构在海洋环境下的耐蚀性,试验包括5个周期的腐蚀环境试验和裂纹扩展试验。研究表明:经过5个周期的腐蚀环境试验后,先进增强结构未出现腐蚀现象,说明先进增强结构腐蚀防护性能满足海洋环境下要求,证明先进增强结构能有效降低裂纹扩展速率。先进增强结构的防护体系满足海洋环境下的腐蚀防护要求,能有效提高损伤容限性能。

Abstract

For carrying out the environmental adaptability research of advanced reinforcement structure in marine environment, the corrosion resistance of advanced reinforced structure in marine environments were studied through accelerated corrosion tests in the laboratory. In addition, the experiments included 5 cycles of corrosion environment test and crack growth test. Results showed that the advanced reinforcement structure had not corroded after 5 cycles of corrosion environment test, indicating that the corrosion protection performance of advanced reinforcement structure in the marine environment could meet the requirements, and also indicating that advanced reinforcement structure could decrease effectively reduce the crack growth rate. In conclude, the protection system of advanced reinforcement structure in marine environment meets the requirements of corrosion protection and can effectively improve the performance of damage tolerance performance.
