摘要

某亚临界机组运行18个月后,吸收塔湍流器发生腐蚀泄漏。通过宏观分析、材料成分分析、显微组织分析、腐蚀产物成分及断口形貌分析等方法探究了腐蚀泄漏的原因。结果表明:该吸收塔湍流器分别发生了两种腐蚀,在TP304不锈钢部分发生缝隙腐蚀,在TP316L不锈钢部分的焊缝部位发生应力腐蚀,并提出了应对措施以避免此类事故的发生。

Abstract

After 18 months of operation for certain subcritical units,the turbulator of absorbing tower was corroded and leaked. By means of macroscopic analysis,material composition analysis,microstructure analysis,corrosion product composition analysis and fracture morphology analysis,the cause of corrosion and leakage was analyzed. Results showed that two types of corrosion occurred in the turbulator of absorbing tower: crevice corrosion in the TP304 stainless steel part,and stress corrosion in the weld-seam of TP316L stainless steel part. Besides,the countermeasure was proposed to avoid such kinds of damage in the future.
