摘要

某连续催化重整装置中反应器上游加热炉的炉管,在服役11 a后产生裂纹引发开裂和泄漏。通过对该炉管的化学成分、室温拉伸性能、高温拉伸性能、金相组织、硬度、断口形貌和腐蚀产物的分析查找开裂原因。结果表明:该炉管的失效为尘化腐蚀所致,炉管内壁渗碳,外壁发生氧化,高温力学性能降低较为明显。

Abstract

In a continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) unit, a heating furnace tube located upstream of the reactor was cracked and leaked after 11 a of service. The cracking causes of the heating furnace tube were analyzed by chemical composition, tensile property at room temperature, tensile property at high temperature, metallographic structure, hardness, fracture morphology and corrosion products of the heating furnace tube. Results showed that the failure of the furnace tube was caused by dust corrosion, and the inner wall of the furnace tube was carburized, the outer wall was oxidized, and the mechanical properties of the furnace tube at high temperature was decreased obviously.
