摘要

为查找某不锈钢供水管的泄漏原因,对泄漏的304不锈钢管进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、晶间腐蚀试验、金相分析、断口及能谱分析。结果表明:不锈钢管内表面存在的氧化现象造成了钝化膜的局部污损,在输送自来水中氯离子的作用下,在其氧化色区域内发生点腐蚀,蚀孔穿透后导致泄漏。对不锈钢管内流体介质中的氯离子、氧浓度进行适当控制,并控制好不锈钢管的生产工艺,或改变材质,可减少点腐蚀的发生。

Abstract

In order to find out the leakage cause of stainless steel pipe, the leaked 304 stainless steel pipe was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, intergranular corrosion test, metallographic examination, SEM observation on fracture and EDS analysis. Results showed that the oxidation phenomenon on the inner surface of stainless steel tube resulted into the local stain of passivation film. Under the action of chloride ion in the delivered tap water, pitting corrosion occurred in the oxidation color area, and the corrosion hole penetrated, leading to leakage. The occurrence of pitting corrosion could be reduced by controlling the concentration of chloride ion and oxygen in the fluid medium in stainless steel pipe properly, controlling the production process of stainless steel pipe, or changing the material.
