摘要

为明确定边油田注水区油井采出液中含有的大量侵蚀性CO2和O2对油管钢腐蚀行为的影响,并揭示其腐蚀特征,通过动电位极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗测试方法,结合现场腐蚀挂环监测方法,研究了油田注水区J55 油管钢在模拟油井采出水以及饱和CO2/O2模拟油井采出水中的电化学腐蚀行为,通过失重法计算了试样的腐蚀速率并分析了试样的腐蚀形貌特征和产物成分。结果表明:CO2和O2促进了阴极去极化作用,饱和CO2/O2显著增加了J55 油管钢的腐蚀电流密度;环境温度的升高加速了反应动力学,使得腐蚀电流密度显著增大,但弱化了CO2和O2的侵蚀作用;25 ℃时试样在含饱和CO2/O2模拟油井采出水环境中的低频区出现了感抗特征,60 ℃时试样在2 种介质环境中的低频区均呈现Warburg 扩散阻抗特征;现场油井上部油管比下部油管的腐蚀程度轻,腐蚀产物主要为铁的氧化物以及氢氧化物。

Abstract

In order to clarify the influence of a large amount of aggressive CO2 and O2 contained in the oil well produced fluid in the water injection area of Dingbian oilfield on the corrosion behavior of tubing steel and reveal the corrosion characteristics,the electrochemical corrosion behaviors of J55 tubing steel in the oilfield water injection area in the simulated produced water of oil wells and saturated CO2/O2 simulated produced water of oil wells were studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical AC impedance test method,combined with the on-site corrosion hanging ring monitoring method.In addition,the corrosion rate of the sample was calculated by weight loss method,and the corrosion morphology characteristics and product composition of the sample were analyzed.Results showed that CO2 and O2 promoted the cathodic depolarization,and saturated CO2/O2 significantly increased the corrosion current density of J55 tubing steel.The increase of environment temperature accelerated the reaction kinetics,which significantly increased the corrosion current density,but weakened the erosion of CO2 and O2.At 25 °C,the samples exhibited inductive reactance characteristics in the low-frequency region in the simulated produced water of oil wells environment containing saturated CO2/O2,while the Warburg diffusion impedance characteristics occurred in the low-frequency region of the samples in the two media environments at 60 °C.Moreover,the upper tubing of on-site oil well was less corroded than the lower tubing,and the corrosion products were mainly iron oxides and hydroxides.
