摘要

针对传统氰化镀银工艺存在的毒性及职业健康风险,开展了无氰镀银工艺研究。通过Hull Cell 试验以及对试验现象的观察比较,确定并优化了无氰镀银的工艺参数。结果表明:该工艺在35~45 ℃,pH 值为9.0~10.0,0.1~1.2 A/dm2的电流密度下,可以获得外观平整、纯度高、均匀光亮的镀银层,且镀液具有稳定性好、电流效率高等优点,具有市场应用潜力。

Abstract

 In view of the toxicity and occupational health risks associated with the traditional cyanide silver plating process,a study of the cyanide-free silver plating process was carried out.Through Hull Cell experiments and observation and comparison of experimental phenomena,the process parameters of cyanide-free silver plating were determined and optimized.Results showed that when the process conditions were temperature of 35~45 ℃,pH value of 9.0~10.0 and current density of 0.1~1.2 A/dm2,the as-prepared silver plating coating with a flat appearance,high purity,and uniform brightness was obtained.Moreover,the plating bath had the advantages of good stability and high current efficiency,which possessed market application potential.
