摘要

渤海E 油田21 世纪初有大批油气井投产,随着该油田生产进入中后期,气井普遍存在环空带压现象,严重的可能发展为油套同压,带来了严重的管材腐蚀危害,会造成油气泄露、环境污染等严重的安全问题。 为保障老井生产安全性、突破增产作业中的技术局限,调研了不同因素对油气井管体腐蚀速率的影响,统计了渤海E 油田5 口气井运行情况,探讨了可能造成腐蚀的介质种类,使用不同方法检测了油套管体完整性,结合室内实验结果及实际工况,预测了上述5 口气井油套管的腐蚀速率,为判断油套管腐蚀程度提供了依据。

Abstract

At the beginning of the 21st century,a large number of oil and gas wells were put into operation in Bohai E oilfield.With the production of the oilfield entering the middle and late stage,the phenomenon of annulus pressure is common in gas wells,severe situations may develop into same pressure of tubing and casing, causing serious pipe corrosion hazards and serious safety issues such as oil and gas leakage and environmental pollution.In order to ensure the production safety of old wells and break through the technical limitations in stimulation operation,in this paper the influence of different factors on the corrosion rate of oil and gas well tubing was investigated, the statistics on the operation of five gas wells in Bohai E oilfield were conducted, the types of media that might cause corrosion were discussed.The integrity of the oil casing body was tested using different methods.Based on indoor experimental results and actual conditions, the corrosion rate of the oil casing in the above five gas wells was predicted, which would provide a basis for determining the degree of oil casing corrosion.
