长周期涂油封存防锈方案评价研究

摘要

为了研究长周期涂油封存防锈方案的防锈性能,分别采用3款防锈油(薄层防锈油SF/Y216、润滑油型防锈油SF/Y246B、溶剂稀释型防锈油SF/Y1030)进行涂油防锈后,再采用气相防锈塑料薄膜与干燥剂(硅胶干燥剂、速效干燥剂)进行组合防锈,通过3 a百叶箱试验分别对3款防锈油的组合封存防锈方案进行防锈性能研究。结果表明: 3款防锈油的组合封存防锈方案的防锈性能优异,均可以满足3 a长周期封存防锈的要求,并且薄层防锈油SF/Y216的油膜最薄、涂油量最少。

Abstract

In order to study the anti-rust performance of the long cycle oil sealing rust prevention scheme, three anti-rust oils (thin layer anti-rust oil SF/Y216, lubricating oil type anti-rust oil SF/Y246B, and solvent-diluting anti-rust oil SF/Y1030 ) were used separately for oil coating and rust prevention. Then, the vapor phase anti-rust plastic film and desiccant (silica gel desiccant, quick acting desiccant) were used for combined rust prevention, and the anti-rust performance of the combined storage rust prevention scheme of three anti-rust oils was studied through 3 a of shed storage exposure test. Results showed that the combined storage rust prevention scheme of the three anti-rust oils had excellent anti-rust performance, which all met the requirements of long-term storage rust prevention for 3 a, and the thin layer anti-rust oil SF/Y216 had the thinnest oil film and the least amount of oil applied.
