摘要

系统介绍了近年来冷喷涂制备铜基合金涂层的现状,总结了青铜、Cu - Zn、Cu - Cr等体系铜基合金在喷涂过程中所采用的工艺方法,并从涂层微观结构、力学性能及耐磨防腐等方面进行了阐述,最后对冷喷涂技术在铜基合金涂层的研究发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract

In this work, the status of preparing Cu - based alloy coatings by cold spraying in recent years was systematically introduced. The techniques adopted for the cold spraying of bronze, Cu - Zn and Cu - Cr and other types of Cu - based alloy coatings were summarized, and the properties of coatings were represented from the aspects of microstructure, mechanical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. At last, the future research and development direction of the cold spray technology in relation with Cu - based alloy coatings was prospected.
