摘要

金属的腐蚀给社会的经济发展造成了巨大的损失浪费,富锌涂料因其简单、经济有效的特点在防腐领域得到了广泛应用。本文综述了无机硅酸盐富锌防腐涂层的防腐原理及国内外的研究进展,分析归纳了影响无机硅酸盐富锌防腐涂层效果的因素,最后指出了该涂料存在的主要问题及未来的发展方向。

Abstract

The corrosion of metals has caused huge waste and loss to the economic development of society. Zinc - rich coatings have been widely used in the field of anti - corrosion due to their features of simplicity, economy and effectiveness. This paper summarizes the anti - corrosion principles of inorganic silicate zinc - rich anticorrosive coating and relevant research progress at home and abroad. Moreover, the factors influencing the effect of inorganic silicate zinc - rich anticorrosive coating are analyzed and summarized. Finally, the main problems of the coating and the future direction of development are pointed out.
