摘要

为了给纳滤膜在实际处理电镀废水中提供参考依据,采用纳滤膜对含镍电镀废水进行分离,研究考察了操作压力、运行时间、浓淡比、废水pH值对纳滤膜截留率的影响。结果表明,纳滤膜系统分离含镍电镀废水的最优参数条件为:操作压力为0.7 MPa,运行时间大于30 h,浓淡比为2.0,废水的pH值调为8.0左右,Ni2+截留率约为76%。

Abstract

In order to provide a reference for the acutal application of nano - filtration membrane in the treatment of electroplating wastewater, a nano - filtration membrane was used to separate the nickel - containing electroplating wastewater, and the effects of operating pressure, operating time, concentration ratio and pH value of wastewater on nanofiltration membrane rejection rate were researched. Results showed that the optimal parameter conditions for the separation of nickel - containing electroplating wastewater by nanofiltration membrane system were as follows: the operating pressure was 0.70 MPa, the operating time was >30 h, the concentration ratio was 2.0 and the wastewater pH value was about 8.0. In this condition, the Ni2+ rejection rate could be about 76%.
