摘要

为了制备出1款综合性能良好的水性耐油防腐性涂料,采用正交试验法,对水性耐油防腐蚀涂料的各种助剂进行优化,调整前处理工艺,检验优化后涂层的耐油性,并评价了耐油涂层的基本性能。采用DSC差示扫描量热仪分析涂层的固化过程,采用电化学法分析研究涂层的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明,当分散剂的用量为0.3%,增稠剂的用量为0.7%,腐蚀抑制剂的用量为0.2%,成膜助剂的用量为1.5%时,配套使用硅烷前处理技术得到的耐油涂层,其耐油性最佳,综合性能最优。

Abstract

This work aimed to prepare a water - based, oil - resistant, and anti - corrosive coating with good comprehensive performance. The orthogonal test method was used to optimize various additives of the water - based oil - resistant anti - corrosive coating and adjust the pretreatment process. The oil resistance of the optimized coating was tested, and the basic performance of the oil - resistant coating was evaluated. In addition, the DSC differential scanning calorimeter was used to analyze the curing process of the coating, and the electrochemical method was used to analyze the corrosion resistance of the coating. Results showed that when the amount of dispersant was 0.3%, the amount of thickener was 0.7%, the amount of corrosion inhibitor was 0.2%, and the amount of film - forming aid was 1.5%, the as - obtained oil - resistant coating prepared by the silane pretreatment technology possessed the optimal oil - resistance and the best comprehensive properties.
