摘要

基于公路交通护栏服役中螺栓紧固件的重要性,对护栏螺栓的防腐技术现状、技术标准及应用进行了详细综述,通过分析指出了护栏螺栓紧固件热浸镀锌的技术缺陷和机械镀锌的技术优势,指出了目前产业界机械镀锌护栏螺栓紧固件存在的质量问题,以及目前护栏螺栓紧固件表面防腐技术标准及实施中存在的问题及技术障碍。通过分析与归纳,从机械镀锌工艺过程和与镀层致密度、锌附着量之间的关联规律,镀层质量主要指标、指标量化检测及可行性,试样主要检测表面及螺纹部位镀层质量的差异性等方面提出了进一步的研究及工作建议,以促进我国公路护栏螺栓紧固件防腐技术的发展。

Abstract

Based on the importance of bolt fasteners for the highway traffic guardrails in service, the current situation, technical standards and applications of the anti - corrosion technology for guardrail bolts were reviewed in this paper. The technical defects of using hot dip galvanizing to treat the bolt fasteners and technical advantages of using mechanical galvanizing to treat them were pointed out based on an analysis. The quality problems of the current industrial mechanical galvanized guardrail bolt fasteners, the current technical standards for surface anti - corrosion of guardrail bolt fasteners, and the problems and technical obstacles in the implementation of such standards were also pointed out. Based on analysis and induction, suggestions on further research and work were put forward in the aspects of the correlation between the process of mechanical galvanizing and the coating density and zinc quality deposited, the main quality indexes of coating as well as their determination and the practicability of determination, and the differences of coating quality on the main test surface and thread. It was hoped that these suggestions would promote the development of anti - corrosion technology for highway guardrail bolt fasteners in China.
