摘要

通过实验室测试3家涂料厂家提供的水性涂料的物理性能、耐盐雾性能、耐老化性能等指标,对3家涂料厂家提供的桥梁钢结构配套水性涂料防腐涂层的性能进行了系统的试验研究,评价了水性涂料配套涂层体系在桥梁钢结构中的性能指标,最后阐述了水性涂料在桥梁钢结构中的适用应用环境,为评估水性涂料在工程项目中的适用性提供了参考。

Abstract

The performance of water - based anticorrosive coatings from three suppliers for the application on bridge steel structure were systematically investigated by means of testing their physical properties, salt spray resistance, aging resistance and other indexes in the laboratory. The performance index of water - based coatings used in bridge steel structures were evaluated. Finally, the suitable application environment of water - based coatings in bridge steel structure was described, which would provide a reference for evaluating the applicability of water - based coating in a certain project.
