摘要

为确认不同磷化膜的性能及其对石油钻具螺纹防粘扣效果的影响,对常温锌钙系、低温锌系、中温锌锰系、中温锌钙系磷化膜进行了外观、膜厚、膜重、表面粗糙度、附着力、耐蚀性、结晶形貌及尺寸、上卸扣试验等综合防粘扣性能研究。结果表明:采用“喷砂+浸渍磷化”工艺能够较好保证防粘扣磷化膜的性能;膜厚和膜重较高、磷化结晶细小、附着力良好的磷化膜,其耐蚀性和减摩润滑效果更好;低温锌系、中温锌锰系等磷化膜均能满足石油钻具螺纹防粘扣使用需求,低温锌系磷化膜因其低成本、高效率、低排放的工艺特性更适合应用于石油钻具螺纹防粘扣。

Abstract

In order to confirm the performance of different phosphating films and their influences on the anti-galling effect of the threads of petroleum drilling tools,the comprehensive anti-galling performance including appearance,film thickness,film weight,surface roughness,adhesion,corrosion resistance,crystal morphology and size,makeup and breakout test results of the films obtained through normal temperature zinc-calcium phosphating,low temperature zinc phosphating,mid temperature zinc-manganese phosphating and mid temperature zinc-calcium phosphating were studied.Results showed that the “sand blasting &immersed phosphating”process could ensure the performance of anti-galling phosphating film well.The phosphating films with high film thickness and weight,fine phosphating crystals and good adhesion had better corrosion resistance and antifriction-lubrication effect.The films obtained through low temperature zinc phosphating and mid temperature zinc-manganese phosphating could both meet the anti-galling application requirements of oil drilling tool threads,and low temperature zinc phosphating film was more suitable for the anti-galling of the threads of oil drilling tools due to its process characteristics of low cost,high efficiency and low emission.
