摘要

医用多孔钛及钛合金已获得了良好的临床应用,但为了推进多孔钛及钛合金材料在体内骨组织形成更好的骨性愈合和骨整合,有必要在其表面进行改性。简要介绍了医用多孔钛及钛合金的成型方法,主要包括粉末冶金法、金属沉积法和铸造法3大类。着重综述了目前国内外常用的2种对医用多孔钛及钛合金进行表面改性的方法,即制备表面生物活性涂层和表面化学改性方法。

Abstract

Medical porous titanium and titanium alloys have been used well in clinical applications.However,in order to accelerate good bone healing and osseointegration in vivo,it is necessary to modify the surface of porous titanium and titanium alloys.In this paper,the preparation methods of medical porous titanium and titanium alloys were briefly introduced,including powder metallurgy,metal deposition and casting.Then,two frequently-used surface modification methods for medical porous titanium and titanium alloys at home and abroad,namely,preparation of bioactive coatings and surface chemical modification,were mainly reviewed.
