摘要

铝合金微弧氧化技术是21世纪兴起的一种环保高效的铝合金表面处理方法,经过多年的理论积累与工程实践,业界已广泛使用各种类型的添加剂来提高微弧氧化膜层的性能。从可溶性盐添加剂、纳米颗粒添加剂和复合添加剂3种类别,分别介绍了铝合金微弧氧化中各种添加剂的研究现状,并探讨了其作用机理。

Abstract

Micro - arc oxidation technology of aluminum alloy is an environmental friendly and efficient surface treatment method of aluminum alloy in the 21st century. After years of theoretical accumulation and engineering practice, various kinds of additives were widely used in the industry to improve the performance of micro - arc oxidation coating. In this paper, the research status of various additives in micro - arc oxidation of aluminum alloy was introduced from three categories of soluble salt additive, nano particle additive and composite additive, their action mechanism was also discussed.
