摘要

质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)以氢能为主要能源,具有能量转换效率高、对环境友好、工作温度低等优点,有着广阔的应用前景,但PEMFC技术在成本和性能指标方面还面临着严峻的挑战。双极板是PEMFC的重要组成部分,在其重量和成本中占有很大比例,并且具有诸多无可替代的作用。总结了3种常用的双极板基体材料(石墨材料、复合材料、金属材料)及其常用的几种改性方式的特点,重点综述了近几年应用较多、成本低廉的不锈钢双极板及其常用的改性手段。

Abstract

Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) with hydrogen energy as the main energy, has the advantages of high energy conversion efficiency, environmental friendliness, and low working temperature, indicating the broad application prospects. However, PEMFC technology still faces severe challenges in cost and performance index. Bipolar plate is an important part of PEMFC, which accounts for a large proportion in its weight and cost, and has many irreplaceable functions. Three kinds of commonly used bipolar plate substrate materials (graphite material, composite material, and metal material) and the characteristics of several commonly used modification methods were summarized. And the stainless steel bipolar plate with more applications and low cost in recent years and its common modification methods were summarized emphatically.
