摘要

结构热防护是高速中远距空空导弹在严酷弹道气动热条件下完成作战使命的基础,弹体防热涂层的选用直接关系到型号工程研制进展、战技指标、维修保障和战斗力的形成。结合多型号的工程实践,讨论了空空导弹特有的弹体外防热涂层选用、改进与创新,以及涂层选用主要试验、结果评估和试验数据利用等工程应用技术。

Abstract

Thermal protection of a missile’s structure is the basis for high - speed medium and long - range air - to - air missiles to complete their combat missions under severe ballistic aero - thermal conditions. Selection of thermal protective coating of the missile body is directly related to the development progress of model engineering project, technical index, maintenance support, and the formation of combat effectiveness. Combined with the practice of multiple model engineering projects, the special thermal protection coating selection, improvement and innovation for outer body of the air - to - air missiles, engineering application technologies such as the main tests of coating selection, result evaluation and test data utilization were discussed.
