摘要

海洋环境对很多材料来说是一种很严酷的腐蚀环境,海洋腐蚀会严重缩短材料的使用寿命,损害材料功能,造成资源的严重浪费。在海洋工程中,钢铁和混凝土材料的应用最为广泛,其中码头钢管桩是十分重要的海洋工程设施,其腐蚀状况对海洋设施的安全使用有很大影响。在这项研究中主要针对国内外部分码头钢管桩的腐蚀现状、防腐技术及应用效果等展开调研,并提出较为有效的防护对策。

Abstract

The marine environment is a harsh corrosive one for many materials. Marine corrosion will seriously reduce the service life of the material, damage the function of the material, and cause a serious waste of resource. In marine engineering, steel and concrete materials are the most widely used. Among them, wharf steel pipe piles are very important marine engineering facilities, and their corrosion conditions have a great impact on the safe use for marine facilities. In this paper, the corrosion status , anti-corrosive technologies and their application effect of some wharf steel pipe piles at home and abroad were investigated. Besides, the effective protection measures were put forward.
