摘要

为探究废盐热化学处理过程中的腐蚀机理,筛选可适用于反应器内的金属材料,选取了316L、Inconel625、Incoloy825、C276、TA2这几种常见的合金材料,在80%NaCl-20%Na2SO4混盐中,于800,850,900 ℃下进行20 h短期腐蚀试验,筛选得到了Inconel625有可能应用于废盐热化学处理装置,并对其进行了10 d的腐蚀试验,通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等手段分析腐蚀产物。其主要腐蚀产物为NiO和Cr2O3,腐蚀行为遵循“氧化活化理论”和“酸碱熔融模型”腐蚀机理。

Abstract

In order to investigate the corrosion mechanism of waste salt thermochemical treatment and screen suitable metal materials for use in the reactor, several common alloy materials, including 316L, Inconel625, Incoloy825, C276 and TA2, were selected and subjected to a 20 h short-term corrosion tests at 800, 850 and 900 ℃ in 80% NaCl-20% Na2SO4 mixed salt. Results showed that Inconel625 could be used in the waste salt thermochemical treatment device. The Inconel625 alloy was subjected to a 10 d corrosion test. The corrosion products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis (EDS). The main corrosion products were found to be NiO and Cr2O3. It was determined that the corrosion behavior followed the corrosion mechanism “oxidation activation theory” and the “acid-base melting model”.
