摘要

从生产纲领、环保治理、生产工艺配置、绘制工艺平面图等方面介绍了大型电力方舱水性涂装生产线的规划设计, 并介绍了喷漆室节能减排、排风循环利用技术基础,供/排风的VOC浓度和排风循环利用率的关系;推荐了VOC浓度、换气周期、排风循环利用率等的计算方法,简述了实现精益规划的措施,确保生产线节能高效运行。

Abstract

The planning and design of water - based paint coating line for power cabin were introduced from the aspects of production program, environmental protection management, production process configuration and general arrangement plan. And the energy saving and emission reduction of spray room, exhaust recycling technology foundation, the relationship between VOC concentration for supply/exhaust and exhaust recycling utilization rate were summarized. Furthermore, the calculation methods of VOC concentration, ventilation cycle and exhaust recycling utilization rate were recommended, and the measures of lean planning were introduced in brief to ensure the energy - saving and efficient operation of the production line.
