摘要

为探究不同能量密度、不同脉宽时间对粘结层沿深度温度的影响以及对表层温度的影响,通过运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,模拟运算了强流脉冲电子束轰击粘结层表面过程中粘结层内部温度场的分布情况并对不同条件下的温度场分布进行了分析。 结果显示,能量密度为4 J/cm2、脉冲时间为6.0 μs,或能量密度达到6 J/cm2时、脉宽在1.5 μs 以上时可使粘结层发生部分熔化从而达到改性的效果。

Abstract

For exploring the influence of different energy density and different pulse width time on the temperature along the depth of theadhesive layer and the influence on the surface temperature, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was employed to simulate the distribution of the temperature field in the adhesive layer during the process of high-current pulsed electron beam bombarding the surface of adhesive layer,and analyze the temperature field distribution under different conditions.Results showed that when the energy density was 4 J/cm2 and the pulse time was 6.0 μs, or when the energy density reached 6 J/cm2 and the pulse width was more than 1.5 μs, the adhesive layer could be partially melted to achieve the modification effect.
