摘要

为了研究油套管在H2S/CO2共存体系高温高压环境气液相中的腐蚀行为及腐蚀机理,利用高温高压反应釜展开了油套管P110钢在CO2/H2S共存体系中的动态腐蚀模拟试验。采用失重法计算了试样的均匀腐蚀速率和点腐蚀速率,采用XRD、SEM/EDS、三维光学轮廓显微镜等手段研究了CO2/H2S共存体系中P110钢处于液相和气相中的腐蚀行为特征。结果表明:液相中P110钢的均匀腐蚀速率和点腐蚀速率分别为0.026 3 mm/a和0.208 1 mm/a,均大于在气相环境中P110钢的均匀腐蚀速率(0.014 8 mm/a)和点蚀速率(0.156 9 mm/a)。液相中P110钢表面生成的腐蚀产物主要为红褐色粉状疏松的FeCO3,气相中P110钢表面所形成的腐蚀产物主要为FeCO3和黑褐色致密均匀的FeS,FeS能抑制环境介质中CO2、H2S及Cl-对基体材料的进一步腐蚀。P110钢在液相和气相中发生的腐蚀主要为均匀腐蚀,局部区域有点蚀,存在局部腐蚀倾向。

Abstract

For studying the corrosion behavior and mechanism of tubing in high temperature and pressure vapor-liquid phase of H2S/CO2 coexistence system, the dynamic corrosion simulation experiment of P110 steel for oil casing in CO2/H2S coexisting system was carried out using the high temperature autoclave. The uniform corrosion rates and pitting corrosion rates of samples were calculated by the weight loss method, and the corrosion behavior characteristics of P110 steel in liquid phase and gas phase of CO2/H2S coexistence system were analyzed and studied by XRD, SEM/EDS and 3D optical profile microscope. Results showed that the uniform corrosion rate and pitting corrosion rate of P110 steel in the liquid phase environment were 0.026 3 and 0.208 1 mm/a, respectively, which were higher than the uniform corrosion rate(0.014 8 mm/a) and pitting corrosion rate(0.156 9 mm/a) of P110 steel in the gas phase environment. Moreover, the corrosion products formed on the surface of P110 steel in the liquid phase environment were mainly red-brown powdery loose FeCO3, and the corrosion products formed on the surface of P110 steel in the gas phase were mainly FeCO3 and black-brown dense and uniform FeS. FeS inhibited the further corrosion of the base material from corrosive medium of CO2, H2S and Cl. Besides, the corrosion of P110 steel in liquid and gas phases was mainly uniform corrosion, with localized pitting and a tendency towards localized corrosion.
