摘要

为提高冷喷涂钛涂层的耐腐蚀性,采用球磨法制备出Ta 质量分数为0、5%、10%和15%的Ti-Ta-10%金刚石复合粉末。 通过冷喷涂技术在Ti6Al4V(TC4)基体上沉积复合涂层,采用X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、金相显微镜(OM)、显微硬度和电化学工作站对冷喷涂Ti-Ta-10%金刚石复合涂层的组织形貌和性能进行分析。 结果表明:复合粉末中金刚石对球形Ti 颗粒形成较好包覆,Ta 颗粒弥散分布在涂层中,复合涂层较为致密,孔隙率较低,在球磨和喷涂过程中粉末未发生相变。 电化学分析表明:Ta 的加入能够使Ti-Ta-金刚石复合涂层在3.5%NaCl 溶液中的耐腐蚀性能增强,且当Ta 含量为10%时,涂层的耐腐蚀性能最好。

Abstract

For enhancing the corrosion resistance of cold-sprayed titanium coatings, Ti-Ta-10%diamond composite powders with Ta mass fractions of 0, 5%, 10%, and 15%were prepared by the ball milling method.The composite coatings were deposited onto Ti6Al4V (TC4)substrates through cold spraying technology.Meanwhile, the microstructures and properties of the cold-sprayed Ti-Ta-10%diamond composite coatings were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical microscopy (OM), microhardness testing, and an electrochemical workstation.Results showed that the diamond in the composite powders effectively coated the spherical Ti particles, and the Ta particles were uniformly dispersed within the coating.The composite coating was dense with a low porosity, and no phase transformation of the powder took place during the ball milling and spraying processed.Electrochemical analysis revealed that the addition of Ta could improve the corrosion resistance of the Ti-Ta-diamond composite coatings in a 3.5%NaCl solution.Moreover, when the Ta content was 10%, the coating exhibited the optimal corrosion resistance.
