摘要

为了给Ni-P-WC和Ni-P-SiC复合镀层替代传统镀铬层在液压活塞、活塞杆的应用提供依据,在Q345钢表面电镀了Ni-P-WC和Ni-P-SiC复合镀层。对比了该2种复合镀层的结合力、厚度、热处理后的显微硬度、孔隙率、表面SEM形貌以及镀层的元素组成,通过磨擦磨损试验、二氧化硫试验、中性盐雾试验、硫化氢试验和浸泡腐蚀试验比较了2种复合镀层的耐磨和耐蚀性能。

Abstract

For providing the theoretical basis for the application of Ni-P-WC and Ni-P-SiC composite coatings to replace traditional chromium coatings in hydraulic pistons and piston rods, Ni-P-WC and Ni-P-SiC composite coatings were electroplated on Q345 steel surface.The adhesion, thickness, microhardness, porosity, surface SEM morphology after heat treatment and element composition of the two composite coatings were compared.The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the two kinds of composite coatings were compared by friction and wear test, sulfur dioxide test, neutral salt spray test, hydrogen sulfide test and immersion corrosion test.
