摘要

为了优化亚硫酸盐镀金工艺,获得厚度均匀、致密性良好的镀金层,将亚硫酸盐无氰镀金液应用于滚振镀工艺中。研究了镀液金含量、装载量、滚筒转速、振动频率、电流密度等因素对镀金层质量的影响,得到适宜的工艺范围为:金含量10~20 g/L,装载量为1/6~1/3滚筒体积,滚筒转速15~20 r/min,振动频率1次/5 min,电流密度0.1~0.4 A/dm2。对比了滚振镀和挂镀镀金层的性能。结果表明:与挂镀金层相比,滚振镀金层的致密性有所改善,厚度均匀性提高2~3倍,外观、粗糙度、光泽度无明显区别。

Abstract

In order to optimize the sulfite gold plating process and obtain gold - plated layer with uniform thickness and high density, the sulfite cyanide - free gold plating solution was used in vibration barrel plating. The effects of total content of plating solution, loading capacity, roller speed, vibration frequency, current density and other factors on the quality of gold - plated layer were studied, and the suitable process conditions were determined as follows: a gold content of 10~20 g/L, a loading capacity of 1/6~1/3 of the barrel volume, a barrel rotating rate of 15~20 r/min,a vibration frequency of once for every 5 min, and a current density of 0.1~0.4 A/dm2. Through a comparison between the properties of the gold - plated layers prepared by vibration barrel plating and hanging gold plating, it was found that the gold - plated layer prepared by vibration barrel plating had better compactness, better thickness uniformity (2~3 times higher), and had no obvious difference in appearance, roughness and gloss with that prepared by hanging gold plating.
