摘要

主要总结了国内外近年来金属材料在冲刷腐蚀方面的研究成果,包括冲刷腐蚀的研究方法及影响冲刷腐蚀速率的外界因素。目前,冲刷腐蚀的研究方法以试验法为主,数值模拟为辅。试验法主要包括了试验装置的分类、试验结果的采集及试验结果的表征等。对影响冲刷腐蚀速率的因素进行了分类比较,主要影响因素包含了流速、含沙量、沙粒尺寸、冲刷角、液体pH值、温度、含氧量等。未来,优化数值模型结构预测材料的磨损腐蚀速率分布图、确定多相流冲刷腐蚀的薄弱环节会成为冲刷腐蚀的重点发展方向。

Abstract

In this paper, the research findings on erosion - corrosion of metal materials at home and abroad in recent years were mainly summarized, including research methods of erosion corrosion and external factors affecting erosion corrosion rate. At present, the research methods of erosion - corrosion were mainly carried out in the form of experimental method, supplemented by numerical simulation. The experimental methods primarily included the classification of experimental devices and the collection and characterization of experimental results. Besides, the influencing factors affecting the erosion corrosion rate were classified and compared. The main influencing factors included flow velocity, sand content, sand size, impact angle, liquid pH value, temperature, oxygen content, etc. In the future, the main developing directions of erosion - corrosion would be the following aspects: optimizing the structure of numerical model to predict the erosion - corrosion rate distribution diagram of materials and determining the weak areas of multiphase flow erosion - corrosion.
