摘要

海上风电机组的腐蚀与防护问题是海上风电发展的难点之一。针对海上风电的腐蚀现状进行了分析,阐述了海上风电机组结构与海洋腐蚀环境的关系,阐述了风电机组部件腐蚀特征和腐蚀类型,从腐蚀防护和腐蚀监检测2个方面应对海上风电腐蚀问题。在海上风电防腐方面,提出了海上风电腐蚀控制设计准则、标准要求和控制方法。海上风电腐蚀监检测方面,介绍了腐蚀检测技术和监测技术,着重阐述了风电在线腐蚀监测技术的主要构成和基本原则,最后并对未来的腐蚀在线监测工作进行了展望。

Abstract

Corrosion and protection of offshore wind turbines is one of the difficulties in the development of offshore wind power. In this paper, the corrosion status of offshore wind power was analyzed, the relationship between offshore wind turbine structure and marine corrosion environment was expounded, and the corrosion characteristics and corrosion types of wind turbine components were described. Besides, dealing with offshore wind power corrosion from two aspects including corrosion protection and corrosion monitoring was analyzed. As for anti - corrosion of offshore wind power, the design criteria, standard requirements and control methods for corrosion control of offshore wind power were proposed. As for offshore wind power corrosion monitoring and inspection, the corrosion detection technology and monitoring technology were introduced, the main components and basic principles of online corrosion monitoring technology of wind power were emphatically described, and finally, the future online corrosion monitoring work was prospected.
