摘要

高熵合金化合物薄膜是基于多主元高熵合金成分设计理念制备的一种二维材料,在其金属元素的基础上添加了C、N 和O 等非金属元素,在薄膜中形成了较强的金属-非金属间的共价键,表现出了许多优异的性能,受到了人们的广泛关注。 概述了高熵合金化合物薄膜的发展历程,介绍了高熵合金化合物薄膜的主要制备方法和组织结构特点,重点分析了其力学性能、热稳定性能、耐磨性能以及耐腐蚀性能的研究现状,并指出了高熵合金化合物薄膜的潜在应用及发展趋势。

Abstract

High entropy alloy compound film is a two-dimensional material prepared based on the design idea of multi-principal element high entropy alloys. In addition to its metal elements, non-metallic elements such as C, N and O are added to form strong metal-nonmetal covalent bonds in the film,making the film present many excellent properties which have attracted widespread attention. In this paper, the development history of high entropy alloy compound films was summarized, and the main preparation methods and structural characteristics of high entropy alloy compound films were introduced. Besides, the research status of their mechanical properties, thermal stability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance was analyzed emphatically. Finally, the potential applications and development trends of high entropy alloy compound films were pointed out.
