摘要

为了使镁合金在现代工业中得到更广泛地应用,镁及镁合金的腐蚀类型和机理的研究已成为重要目标。 系统地归纳总结了典型腐蚀介质中的阴离子对镁合金腐蚀行为影响的研究进展,即在含有氯离子、硫酸根离子、磷酸根离子、碳酸根离子的溶液中镁合金的腐蚀行为及腐蚀反应机理,主要包括利用电化学极化曲线、阻抗谱、失重法等方法研究镁合金在典型介质条件下的腐蚀行为,并从其腐蚀机理分析腐蚀产生的原因。 最后,展望了镁合金腐蚀与防护的研究方向。

Abstract

In order to make magnesium alloys more widely used in modern industry, the research on the corrosion type and mechanism of magnesium and magnesium alloys has become an important goal. In this paper, the research progress on the influence of anions in typical corrosive media on the corrosion behavior of magnesium alloys was systematically summarized. Namely, the corrosion behavior and corrosion reaction mechanism of magnesium alloys in solutions containing chloride ions, sulfate ions, phosphate ions and carbonate ions were introduced, mainly including the study of corrosion behavior of magnesium alloys under typical medium conditions using electrochemical polarization curves, impedance spectroscopy and weight loss methods, as well as the analysis of corrosion causes based on the corrosion mechanism. Finally, the research direction of magnesium alloy corrosion and protection is prospected.
