摘要

超双疏材料具有既疏水又疏油的功能,在工业生产和日常生活中得到了广泛应用。但是在使用超双疏材料时表面一旦受到破坏,将降低或失去原有性能,严重影响材料的稳定性和使用寿命。结合超双疏材料研究与使用中出现的问题,许多研究团队投入到开发有自修复性能的超双疏材料中。简要综述了超双疏材料的制备方法,以及利用温度诱导、紫外光诱导、相对湿度诱导和表面微观结构等方式自修复的超双疏材料,并对具有自修复性能的超双疏材料的进一步研究提出了建议。

Abstract

Super - amphiphobic materials are widely used in industrial production and daily life due to the hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. However, these properties will be reduced or even lost when the super - amphiphobic surface is damaged, which will seriously affect the stability and service life of the materials. Many research teams have involved in the development of super - amphiphobic materials with self - healing properties based on the problems in the research and use of super - amphiphobic materials. In this work, the preparation methods of super - amphiphobic materials, as well as the super - amphiphobic materials realizing self - healing by means of temperature induction, UV induction, relative humidity induction and surface microstructure were briefly reviewed. Meanwhile, recommendations for further research of the superamphiphobic materials with self - healing properties were proposed.
