摘要

针对油田注水用Q235 钢管的腐蚀问题,用酮醛胺缩合物缓蚀剂改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,使其复合膜(涂层)对侵蚀离子具有缓蚀和阻隔双重作用,采用红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、电化学工作站等手段进行了有关分析表征。结果表明:缓蚀剂的加入与水性聚氨酯之间形成大量的氢键和分子间作用力;大量苯环的存在能够提高复合膜的热稳定性;与纯的WPU 膜相比,WPU-3 和WPU-5 复合膜的硬度能够达到2H;当缓蚀剂的添加量为3%时,接触角由原来未改性的59.69°增加到74.74°,疏水性提高,膜层阻抗达到最大值,此时复合膜的电化学性能最佳,防腐蚀效果最好。

Abstract

To address the corrosion problem of Q235 steel pipes for oilfield water injection,waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsions were modified with ketoaldoamine condensate corrosion inhibitors to endow their composite films (or coatings) with both corrosion inhibition and barrier effects on corrosive ions.Meanwhile,the relevant analysis and characterization were carried out using infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer,electrochemical workstation and other means.Results showed that the addition of corrosion inhibitor formed a large number of hydrogen bonds and intermolecular forces between the waterbased polyurethane,and the presence of a large number of benzene rings could improve the thermal stability of the composite membrane.Compared with the pure WPU film,the hardness of WPU-3 and WPU-5 composite film could reach 2 H.When the amount of corrosion inhibitor added was 3%,compared with the original unmodified situation,the contact angle of as-prepared film increased 59.69° to 74.74°,the hydrophobicity was improved,and the impedance of the coating reached the maximum value.Thus,the as-prepared composite film had the best electrochemical performance and the optimal corrosion resistance.
