The international standards (ISO), American standards (ASTM, SSPC) and national standards were summarized by analyzing the relevant standards of hot dip galvanizing anti-corrosion design of offshore engineering steel structures for offshore jacket platform, FPSO, semi-submersible floating production facilities. Besides, the application experience was summarized and concluded in combination with engineering practice, aiming at the design requirements, production process, structure pretreatment, coating quality requirements, performance testing, defect repair and coating of hot dip galvanizing for various structures in the construction process of offshore engineering, which could be used as reference for relevant staff in practice.
