1. Review Fee: A review fee of 200 CNY is charged for manuscripts that enter the peer review (external review) process. If a paper has been accepted but is withdrawn before publication, the review fee will not be refunded.

2. Page Charge: The page charge for papers is based on the layout of the first proof. For up to 4 pages, the charge is 1800 CNY, and for each additional page beyond 4, there is a charge of 300 CNY per page. Please consider carefully when submitting your manuscript to avoid any publication delays due to payment issues.

3. Urgent Publication Fee: For manuscripts that have already been accepted by the journal, authors may request urgent publication. If an urgent publication is requested, authors need to contact the editorial department by phone or email. The urgent publication fee is 700 CNY.

Apart from the above fees, the editorial department does not charge authors any other fees.
