Abstract

Aiming at the abrasion and corrosion problems of China pipelines that transported oil and gas in working conditions with high temperature and high pressure (150~200 ℃, 34~36 MPa), based on the solvent - free epoxy resin system, a temperature - resistant and wear - resistant coating material suitable for the inner wall of oil pipes with good comprehensive performance was developed through the selection of curing agents and filler, the orthogonal design of the formulation and the research on viscosity influencing factors. 0421 curing agent with higher curing temperature and better mechanical properties was adopted, and SiC, carbon fiber and PTFE were selected as fillers. The research of the mechanical properties and viscosity of the coating with different size fillers was conducted. Results showed that when the size of SiC was 18 μm and the size of carbon fiber was 75 μm, the coating had better mechanical properties and lower viscosity. Through orthogonal experiments, it was determined that the best dosages of SiC, carbon fiber and PTFE were 30%, 10% and 5% of the total resin, respectively. In the research on the viscosity influent factors of the coating system, it was found that PTFE had the greatest influence on the viscosity of the coating system. Based on the above tests, the coating was finally developed and its properties met the technical index requirements.
